We understand that some support requests are more urgent than others. We also understand you may need support frequently or once in a great while. We’ve come up with plans that let us best serve your needs no matter where you fall.
We offer the following support levels:

Support tickets have a minimum billing duration of 1 hour.
**”Emergency” support requires a 2-hour minimum.
Monthly Support
To ensure your site remains secure, up-to-date, functional, and backed up, we highly recommend a weekly maintenance plan. From what we know, your website is very important to your organization, and it’s worth investing a small amount to protect your investment. You can customize your plan here. You’ll see that the investment can be less than a TV cable bill.
