By authorizing 3.7 DESIGN’S project “planning stage”, you agree to the following:

1) Website Strategy: The goals and objectives outlined in the “Website Strategy” document meet all project requirements.

2) Sitemap: The organization and the parent/child relationship of my web pages and their labels, meet all project requirements.

3) Wireframes (if applicable): The structure and layout of my web pages, meet all project requirements.

4) Review: 
I have been given enough time to review the planning documents. 
I understand that any future changes in design, content, layout, or structure could result in a change order which would be billable at 3.7 DESIGN’S standard rates.

5) Error Notification: I understand that it is my responsibility to notify 3.7 DESIGN’S in the event of any planning document errors or omissions. If there are any issues that you may have regarding the planning documents, we will be glad to discuss the solutions. Our goal is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your project planning documentation. Once we receive approval, we will begin the design phase.
