If your website is hacked, we will work with your hosting company or a third-party company such as Sucuri to clean it. Please note that time spent cleaning up malicious code will be billed separately unless you are subscribed to our professional plan.
++ We will set up automatic notifications to alert 3.7 and you if your site goes down. If your site goes offline, we’ll investigate and work with you, the hosting company, or the domain registrar to get it back online.
Note: it’s very common for websites to go offline for a couple of minutes; you will see any downtime in your weekly report. In our experience, if websites go offline for an extended period, it is typically due to outdated credit card information in your domain registrar account.
+++ We monitor Google Search Console, watching for and addressing coverage and mobile usability errors only. Core Web Vital errors will be reported, but a change order will be required to fix and validate the affected URLs.
++++ Please note that you will be billed yearly. Since we do not require a minimum-term contract, we will issue you a prorated credit or refund if you wish to cancel at any time. If monthly billing is required, please contact your account manager for options.
Please note that website maintenance is only available for clients whose websites we have built. We cannot provide maintenance or support for websites that we did not create.
